Albert always made me smile. I met him at El Gancho when I was 15yrs old. My father had just purchased the business. Albert was the first member I met and had me cracking up in 3 seconds flat. He had a wit that made my heart smile. I saw Albert at the club often until I moved to CO to start my own family. When my family and I would visit we would always go to El Gancho and run into Albert. My husband And Albert would always go off to tell a joke or two to each other. It was really cool. Albert could relate to anyone. He always called my daughters “little mermaids” and made them laugh. When my husband passed away, in 2016, Albert was one of the very first people to offer comfort and wise words. He made my heart smile.
We will miss Alberts smile and joy. We will remember him fondly.

I hope I always remember Albert for his incredibly positive outlook on Life, his friendliness and generosity of spirit, and yes, even his jokes.
He was a wonderful, loving mensch! My heart goes out to you, Julia, and all who were lucky enough to know and love Albert.
