Our Beloved daughter Amber Lynn Ortiz, age 21, resident of Pecos, New Mexico unexpectedly passed away on October 3, 2020.
She is preceded in death by, grandfather, Hermon George Janis Tall, Great-Grandfather Isavro Ortiz, Great-grandmother, Zenida Ortiz, Niece, Aaliyah Nichole Horse, Uncle, Antonio Ramirez, Cousin, Janet Jumping Eagle, Cousin, Harlie Jade Tall, Cousin, Misty Ghost, Cousin, Ramon Twiss.
She is survived by, Father, Leon Ortiz, Step Mother, Susana Ramirez-Ortiz, Step Brother, Ezra X. Salazar, Mother, Leslie Horse, Sister, Tracy Horse, and 7 brothers and sisters, Grandmother, Genoveva Olguin, Grandmother, Twila Ghost, Great-Grandmother, Betty Janis, Uncle Alex Gallegos, God Father/Uncle Joey Ortiz, Uncle, John Lynn, Boyfriend Reyes Lujan and Lujan family, and many more loving uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
Amber accomplished many things in 21 years, she loves horses, fishing, camping, hunting, sports and anything that had to do with nature, she loved baking with her mama, she also made history, she is a proud member of the Dakota 38x2 Horseback riders. 2008- 2009 Crazy horse riders little big horn riders.
We were very blessed to have you in our lives, you will be greatly missed, till we meet again, we love you Amber Lynn.

Amber was a part of our Hobby Lobby family, she was a hard worker and a great pleasure to be around, we were all very saddened to hear the news that this beautiful young lady was gone from us. She will always be in our hearts and forever in my prayers. Blessings to the Ortiz family.

Amber you will always be that beautiful little girl that i met through your family. Your daddy Leon ( who you looked just like) your mother Susie(who loved you even after all the headaches) and your brother Ezra ( who gave you the bigger room). Your parents and your brother loved you so much. I will always remember you being here with us in McAllen, going to school with Chrissy , and your rebellious ways that made you... Amber. It was a privilege knowing you and all your craziness. Susie would call me to talk about you all the time, so I knew what you were up to. You will be so missed here, but God needed you already. I love you Amber. We will meet again one day.
