It's hard to believe it's been almost 5 years. I miss you so much. I tell my granddhildren about you and how I know you'd love them. You met Sammi just before you left but you'd love her little brother Michael Lucas. Thinking of you! always.

Mother was the best cook; she loved flowers and all her children. A vivid memory for her was her love of riding horses when she was young. In her earlier years she played the accordian. Later, there was little time for those things as she raised 10 of her 13 children. I had the opportunity to spend the last few months with her. Though her alzheimer's condition was worsening she still had many times where she was herself and enjoyed the company of her children and relatives. Thank you to all who were able to spend time with her. Please know it was very much appreciated. She will be missed but is now in a place where she no longer has pain, worries or tears.
