Maxine V Sisneros, 80, of Santa Fe, NM sadly left us on May 2, 2024. She is survived by many family and friends. funeral services will be on May 21, 2024 at the San Isidoro Church in Santa Fe, NM. Rosary at 9:45 am, Mass at 10:30 am, with burial at the National Cemetery to follow at 12:30 pm.

Manuel Sisneros Obituary

Manuel de Atocha Sisneros Manuel de Atocha Sisneros, 66, was a beloved and devoted son, brother, husband, uncle and father. He was born in Dahlia, New Mexico on June 4, 1944 to Celestina Sisneros and Fidel Sisneros, whom all preceded him death, including, only one son Matias Manuel Michael (BooBoo).He completed his journey on earth and entered eternal life with the Lord, on Tuesday, March 29th, 2011. He is survived by his wife Maxine Velasquez Sisneros, bothers, sisters and their spouses, and numerous nieces and nephews. Manny grew up on a ranch and attended school in Dahlia, and then he joined the U.S. Army in 1961. In August of 1965 he married Maxine Velasquez, the daughter of Matias and Lena Velasquez, of Las Vegas. He retired as an E-7, after serving his country in Korea, two tours in Viet Nam, Germany and Stateside. He worked at the New Mexico Department of Automated Data Processing as a computer programmer and received an AS Degree in Accounting from The College of Santa Fe. He went on to provide tax services to numerous clients for Maxine's Enterprises. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at 6 p.m. at Berardinelli Family Chapel. A rosary will be recited on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at 7 p.m. at Berardinelli Family Chapel. Mass will be on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at 9:45 a.m. at Santa Maria de La Paz Catholic Church. Interment will be on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at 11:15 a.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery. Pall Bearers: Michael Coca, Charlie Maxwell, Steve Schock, Julian Raines, Steven Goodwin, Steve Skelton, Leroy Garcia, and Chris Gallegos.
