Nestor J. Martinez 48, a resident of Ohaky Owingeh, passed away on July 9, 2021. He is proceeded in death by his parents Margarito J. and Josephine Aguino-Martinez, grandparents Victoriano and Margarita P. Martinez, Victor Pete and Martina C. Aguino, sister Dorene and brothers Juan (Jody) and Ivan.
Nestor is survived by his children Rika and Thomas Martinez, grandsons Angel, Juanito and Sitka, brothers Curtis Aguino, Victor Martinez and extended family, Florence Lujan, James, Tammy, Ben and many aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
Burial Services were held on Monday July 9, 2021 with a funeral mass at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Ohkay Owingeh and burial at the Ohkay Owingeh tribal cemetery.
The family would like to thank all those who attended the services, made phone calls, sent text messages and food donations. We love you all! The family would also like to thank the staff at Rivera Family Funeral Home for their professional and caring assistance.
