Forever missed, always loved
Pauline Antoine 90, a resident of Ohkay Owingeh, passed away peacefully in her sleep on November 24, 2020. She was born February 4th 1930 and was preceded in death by her beloved father William, mother Piedad and brother in-law Harold Johnson.
She is survived by her only sibling Elidia Johnson of Ohkay Owingeh, nieces and nephews who were like her own children; Charles Johnson, Theresa Johnson Paisano (John), James Johnson (Sonia), Sharon Johnson Zook (Duane) and Suzanne Johnson.
She is also survived by many great nieces, nephews and cousins.
Pauline worked for the State of New Mexico in Espanola and retired after 42 years of service. After she retired, Pauline donated her time as a guide for the Wheelwright Museum of the American Indian in Santa Fe. She served on the Board of Education for San Juan Pueblo, Catholic 3rd Order in Santa Fe and several other community groups through out her life. She participated in the Senior Olympics, belonged to bowling leagues and traveled with her mother Piedad.
