Richard was a man of excellent candor, a refreshing trait that rendered him an exceptional friend. We enjoyed his friendship for many years. May Our Lord reunite him with his family and friends, in His Heavenly Paradise, that preceded him there.
We send our condolences to all of his survivors.
Ten un bien viaje al Paraíso de Nuestro Señor, amigo!

I send my condolences to all of Richard's Family. He was a student in my math class at New Mexico Technical/Vocational School in 1974/75. His humor was outstanding and when he arrived late he would offer to make up for it by leaving early. Now he has permanently left us too early. Richard was a stalwart worker on the reconstruction and plastering of the San Juan Nepumoceno Church. Whenever I visited the project, he was there to work and keep spirits up. When something did not work out quite right, Richard came up with the system of numbered excuses so a person only had to shout out the number and not repeat a length excuse.
Rest in peace Richard. I will miss you.
