Greg Nieto, 59, of Santa Fe, NM passed away on July 26, 2022 surrounded by his loving family. Greg was born on July 31, 1962 in Golden, NM to Marcella and Juanito Nieto. He graduated from Santa Fe High School in 1981. In his younger years he enjoyed boxing. He loved playing the guitar, listening to music, and watching the Dallas Cowboys play. He is preceded in death by his mother, Marcella Nieto; father, Juanito Nieto; brothers, Frankie, Leroy, and Johnny Nieto; girlfriend, Georgia Salazar. He is survived by his daughters, Estrella Mena, Annalee Mena, and Brandy Romero (Marcial); Ex-wife, Angelina Nieto; Grandchildren, Ashley (Jacob), Nevaeh, Aliyah, Lisamarie, Josiah, Elijah, AmberRose, Amiyah, Aryah, Markus, and Mario; Great-granddaughter, Layla; Siblings; Joe, Arthur, Eva, Cecilia, Dorothy, Bertha, and Mary. Numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Honorary pallbearer is his grandson, Josiah Urban. A rosary and mass will be held at Rivera’s Funeral Home, Santa Fe, NM on Wednesday, August 10, 2022 starting at 10am. Burial will follow at Rosario Cemetery. Reception will follow and be held at Grace Community Church, 2247 Camino Carlos Rey, Santa Fe, NM.
