Sue Geraldine Cotter Rush was born February 14th 1936 in Manassa Colorado to Layne Cotter and Irene Schofield Cotter she was the oldest of 7 children 5 sisters and 1 brother.
She married Keith Rush on June 2nd 1952 they had 2 children 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren in there 68 years of marriage she was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother , aunt ,cousin and friend to everyone in her small community. She did many jobs over the years but her favorite was ranching and cowboying with her husband and family in Tres Piedras New Mexico .
She was preceeded in death by her Father Layne Cotter, Mother Irene Schofield Cotter, brother Layne Cotter Jr. And sister Vicky Cotter Crow. She is survived by her Husband Keith Rush, son Cody (Elaine) Rush daughter Casey ( Russell) Johnson Grandchildren Cory ( Katy) Johnson, Stacy (Bryan) Trujillo, Megan ( Michael) Ice , Chad (Krystina) Rush, Garet Johnson, Clint Johnson. Great grandchildren Layne Johnson, Natalie Johnson, Theodore Gulet , Victoria Gulet, William Rush, Leaona Rush , Jackson Rush Sisters Ethel Heines Elaine ( Tom Ramsey), Ardis Kanady, Patricia Leslie ( Paul Helmuth) And numerous Nieces and nephews.
