Conchita Duran, 72, of El Prado passed away on September 18, 2019. She is preceded in death by her parents, Aurelia and Jose Benito Garcia, sister, Carmen Romero (Juan), nephews, David and Leroy Romero, grandson, Juan Jose Duran and granddaughter, Celeste Montoya. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Rubel Duran, daughter, Ester Norma Jean Gonzales (Adonais) of Vadito, Michael Duran (Colleen) of Riverton, Wyoming, Laurence Joseph Garcia of Las Vegas, NM and Albert Duran (Wanda Sisco) of Ranchos de Taos, grandchildren, Adonais, Alicia, Michael, Albert Isaaih and Anita, 12 great-grandchildren and brother, Benito Garcia (Arlene) and other relatives and friends.
Rosary will be recited on Thursday, October 3, 2019 at 7 PM at Rivera Chapel. Funeral mass will be held on Friday, October 4, 2019 at 10 AM at the Holy Trinity Church in Arroyo Seco. Interment will follow at the Arroyo Seco Cemetery.

Conchita was and is one of the sweetest women I have ever met, I met her and Rubel when working at the bank. Not only did I help them with financial needs but also in personal. I am very blessed to have known her.
