To the Martinez family, I am so sorry for your loss. I can say that Tio was a favorite of mine even though I didn't talk to him that often, but during the last couple of months I got to see him often when he would go visit my dad in Chimayo. He will forever be in my prayers. RIP

Back when I was a child, before life removed all the innocence, my father would lift me high and dance with my mother and me. He'd spin me around and make me laugh I was happy I knew for sure I was loved. If I could get another chance, another walk, another dance with him...I'd play a song that would never ever end. How I'd love to dance with my father again. If I could steal one final glance, one final step, one final dance with him I'd play a never ending song. He will never be gone from me.. I miss you Daddy. Your number 1.

BELOVED FATHER
You lost your Beloved Father,
on a February day.
Tears run down your face,
a father no longer here to talk with,
or give you his loving embrace.
Your mind is so tired,
you feel so uninspired.
The days ahead will be happy and sad,
as you reflect on the times once had.
We feel your pain,
it is such a drain.
When we lose a loved one,
the heart feels like a metric ton.
Words cannot express your loss,
we pray beginning with the sign of the cross.
