We send our deepest sympathies to the Rael family. Both Carlos and I worked with Wilfred at one time or another and were very fond of his love for the acequias and everything he did. He will be missed.

We knew Wilfred for a short time but he made a very distinct impression on us. He was an extremely knowledgeable man and very unselfishly shared his wisdom with others. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all in this time of sorrow. Wilfred will be greatly missed.

I wish I could say something to take your pain and tears away but only time can do that. I have only own Wilfred for 3 year and he was a wonderful father with a wonderful personality. Penny if you need anything you have my number.

We were devastated and heartbroken to learn of this tragedy. Wilfred is a very special person.
