Albert is and will always be my Uncle, he is Rosella's older brother and she is my mother. Uncle Albert had the funnest house when we were little and we went 14 children deep anywhere on the property. If we snitched on each other all of us were grounded, if we fought or argued we had to hold hands or hug each other until we started laughing. I learned so much from him and I also appreciate when I would visit he would bring out food, tell me real things to make myself better. I love my uncle and I miss him so much. It is not the same without him, I will never forget him and will always have him inside of my heart.

I am sorry to learn of your family sorrow. The death of a loved one is painful. If I may, I'd like to share scripture found in your Bible that may comfort you in some way. John 6:40 reads...For this is the will of my Father, that everyone that beholds the Son and exercises faith in him should have everlasting life, and I will resurrect him in the last day. You see, according to this promise, we have hope.

Grandpo you are my hero...i have 2 dads but you are the one that I looked too for answers in life. I am greatful for the time I was allowed to have you in my life although I wish it could have been more. We had great times together and we developed a routine that is going to be hard to break. But i know that you are no longer suffering and are in a much better place than here on earth. Now you can watch over all of us and not have to worry that we aren't doing ok. Thank you for being a great man and for having a kind and loving heart. You are already missed and very much loved. I love you grandpo and will meet you again one day.

We thought of you with love today,
But that is nothing new.
We thought about you yesterday.
And days before that too.
We think of you in silence.
We often speak your name.
Now all we have is memories.
And your picture in a frame.
Your memory is our keepsake.
With which we’ll never part.
God has you in his keeping.
We have you in our heart.

My PADRINO

Thank you Padrino for sharing your family with me when I was growing up. Through many camping trips, family gatherings at your loving home, I was able to experience the thrill and excitement that can NOT be duplicated in a small family of three.

My childhood memories include hugging you around the neck in the pick up truck, watching in awe as you rolled your own cigarettes, repairing engines, fixing plumbing, construction of "manly" projects around your home but also having the creativity and finesse to make homemade Christmas presents. My most cherished, a doll house, complete with bead door handles, corrugated cardboard roof, fabric swatch curtains, wooden spool table...

To me Padrino you will always and in all ways be the closest thing I had to a real dad and in my eyes a SUPER HERO with Popeye arms, Superman chest and amazingly strong but caring creative hands, the life of the party.

No matter life's trials and tribulations, I never have nor ever will stop loving you, Padrino. Give hugs to Grandpo, Rosie Posie and Sam-the-Man for me and my daughter. Love you!!!

Those we love don't go away,
They walk beside us every day,
Your contagious laugh always in my ear,
Still loved, still missed and very dear.
I have always held you in my heart, thus to me you are always near.
