Andrea B. Miera

Andrea B. Miera, of Santa Fe, passed away August 6, 2010 at the age of 86.

Andrea was a loving wife, mother, and friend. Andrea was born in Grants, New Mexico on April 12, 1924 to Leonardo and Manuelita Blea. She is preceded in death by her beloved son-in-law Larry Mengden, and by her parents and several siblings. She is survived by her husband Ernest C. Miera; her son Larry Miera (Sandy); their children Monique and Larry Jr.; her daughters Ruby Mengden and Marcella Miera and her beloved grand-dog Diogi, of Santa Fe; her sister, Mary Bowen of Valparaiso, IN; her brother-in-laws Johnny Miera; Freddy Miera; Tommy Miera; and Robert Miera (Lorraine); sister-in-law Patsy Muniz of Albuquerque; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Rosary was recited on August 10, 2010. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on August 11, 2010. Both services were held at Santa Maria de la Paz.

The family greatly acknowledges the love, help and dedication of Amber Care. Special thanks to Sylvia Bowen and Virginia Gilstrap.
