Dear Family and Friends of Andrea:
I was first excited to see a "google hit" on my search for a long time old friend and chum from college at NMSU. My excitement dropped to deep sadness on reading of this terrible loss.
We were good friends at NMSU and lost touch over the years. I had tried to catch up many times through friends and had always heard she was well and doing great in her work. It has been a long time since I left NM. I was a member of the Lambda Chi Alpha frat back then. She and I had many fun conversations at lunch and she was a very respected lady on campus. Her dry sarcasm and droll wit always kept me on my toes. She was always very supportive of my relationships and helped with her frank wisdom. We had fun at a Neil Young concert that I camped out for tickets to see with her. She was a huge fan back then.

I am just so shocked and sad at this loss and would like her family and friends to know I share this loss and they have my prayers and well wishes.

God bless her always.
