Andreita Chavez, 92, of Ranchos de Taos passed away on March 14, 2022. She is preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert J. Chavez, children, Maria Chavez-Medina and Joe Z. Medina and Gilbert Ben Chavez, parents, Celso and Gregorita Trujillo, many siblings, grandchildren, Patricia Chavez, Patricia Medina and Valeen Abeyta. She is survived by children, Connie Trujillo (Leo), Valentina Marquez (Jesus), Berlinda Sandoval (Gary), Lester Chavez Sr. and Lester Chavez Jr., grandchildren, Christine Bradley (Chris), Tommy Medina (Lori), Adam Medina (Rae), John Medina (Sandy), Annette Trujillo, Michael Trujillo, Ben Chavez Jr., Julia Olivas, Diego Chavez, Jesus Chavez, Victoria Marquez, Roy Abeyta and Henry Sandoval, many great and great-great grandchildren, brother, Manuel Trujillo and sister, Prescilla Trujillo, many other relatives and friends.
Services Rosary will be recited Monday, March 28, 2022 at 9:00 am, Funeral Mass at 10:00 am at San Francisco de Asis. Interment will be held next month, April 18, 2022 at 1:30 pm at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
