Anselmo Rodelo, Jr.

Anselmo Rodelo Jr. of Cerro New Mexico, was a loving father and grandfather. He passed away on October 6, 2021. Anselmo was 85 years old. Anselmo (SAM) was born on September 28, 1936 in El Paso Texas to Anselmo Rodelo Sr. and Maria J. Rodelo who preceded him in death. He grew up in El Paso, Texas with many siblings. He joined the United States Army where he was stationed in Hawaii as a sharpshooter in the 25th Infantry Division and was awarded a Good Conduct Medal. After he left the military with honors, he went on to drive truck (White Freightliners) for Lusk Metals and retired from Cemco Metals. Anselmo is survived by his two children John (Rose) and Denise, grandchildren LaNees, Christopher, Daniel (Samantha), Casandra (Caleb & Noah) Anselmo will have a viewing on November 1, 2021 from 8 AM - 9:45 AM at Miller Jones Mortuary, 23618 Sunnymead Blvd., Moreno Valley, CA. Interment will be held at 11 AM at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd., Riverside Calif, 92508. He will be buried with honors at Riverside National Cemetery. What a loving and wonderful father you were, You will be missed dearly.
