Smokey you were a good man,and will be missed. you always treated me very good. and I will never forget what you said about your daughter (Cindy) yes you were right she was bad news, however I always enjoyed the long talks we shared even after cindy and I got divorced. thank you for the advice and strong emotional and financial support. May you rest in peace. F

We have been blessed with a wonderful family, many uncles, Aunts & they have had their special meaning in our hearts. Uncle Teen, "Smokey" was one very dear Uncle and I miss him already. His voice... and his love. Love you All, Stephanie Maestas Matthews

Smokey will always have a special place in my heart. His wonderful sense of humor always brightened my day. I'll always remember the fun and laughter being had when Smokey, Frankie, and Buddy were together. He will be dearly missed.

Our sympathy to all of Augustine's family and friends. I (Tony) grew up with Agustine, we were neighbors from 1945 until 1953 when I moved to Colorado. I have very fond memories. Siento Mucho!

May the Dear Lord Bless You and give you all the strenght
you will need. I met your Dad when I was young. Our parents would get together the men would talk about politics, farming and horse racing. The women would leae the room.
Smokey was always so pleasant, funny, caring and just a lovable person. I'm so glad I got to meet and know him.
My condolences are extended to all of you. May God Bless You and Keep You Safe.

We met Smokey through our sister, Exilda and we have wonderful memories of our friendship. Smokey was always fun to be around and we treasure happy memories. He always displayed respect and concern for all of our family. Our deepest condolences to all of his family.

Smokey was a dear friend and man who showed that he cared about people and always offered his hand to help. I am personally blessed to have called him my friend and mentor. I will miss him and his laughter. May God Bless his soul and may he be received in God's kingdom for eternal happiness.
