Casilda Jaramillo

Casilda G. Jaramillo, 91, of Las Colonias passed away on April 27, 2007. She was a school teacher for 35 years for the Taos Municipal Schools. She is preceded in death by her parents, Feliberto Garcia and Escolastica Vigil, husband, Martin Jaramillo, nephew, Leroy L. Martinez (Helen), brother, Eugenio Garcia (Ernestina) and brother in law, Joe A. Martinez. She is survived by her sisters, Consuelo "Connie" Martinez of Dixon and Angie Graham (Alfonso) of Portales, brother, Gustavo Garcia (Christine) of Las Colonias, and Maria Socorro Garcia of Penasco, whom she loved like a daughter and many nephews, nieces and other relatives.

Rosary was recited on April 29, 2007. Funeral mass was held on April 30, 2007. Both services were held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment was held at Sierra Vista Cemetery.
