Delores Gonzales (Lola), 84, formally of Questa passed away on July 04, 2022. She is preceded in death by her parents, Abel Sr. and Margaret Cisneros, brothers, Jimmy, Abel Jr., Eugene, Gerald and Victor Cisneros. She is survived by her children, Michael, Ralph and Louis Gonzales, Tamarra Sacks (Zack) and Mindy Williams (Ron), 9 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, sister, Julia Griego (Ray), brother, Gilbert Cisneros (Rosie), many other relatives and friends.
Funeral mass will be on Friday July 15, 2022 at 11AM at San Antonio de Padua Catholic Church in Penasco with interment to follow at El Pueblito Cemetery in Questa.

There is never a right time to lose a loved one. Even though we had our Mom for many years, it’s hard to have her go. I’m so grateful for having had a little extra time with her these last few years. There were still so many things we wanted to do together. She was a kind and caring mother. Always checking on her kids. I learned so much from her. We shared a love of gardening, flowers and pretty little birds! I will think of her with every seed I plant, every flower that blooms and every pretty little bird I see. Especially red cardinals!! She had a family of cardinals that she fed and talked to at Louis’ house in NC.
