Donna Olen

Donna Gene Olen, our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, was born to George and Barbara Gray on March 13, 1947 in Santa Barbara, CA. She married Robert Leon Olen on January 3, 1967. And lost her battle to stomach cancer on February 1, 2010. After raising three children, Donica, Kelley and Edward in California, her and Bob moved to New Mexico. Donna was a part of the Taos community through Habitat for Humanity, RB Ravens Gallery and The Fred Fund. She was passionate about her faith, her family and everyone she met. She is survived by her husband: Bob, children: Donica and Ed, son-in-laws: Rich and Jorge, grandchildren: Cori and Zac, great granddaughter: Taylor, sister: Judy and brother Bubba and adoptived daughter Claudia & adoptived granddaughter Chiara. Her kind and gentle spirit will be greatly missed by all.

Wake/Rosary is Friday, Feb. 12, 7pm 8pm at Holy Trinity Parish, in Arroyo Seco at 498 State Road 150. (575) 776-2273. Funeral is Saturday, Feb. 13, 10am-11:15am at Holy Trinity Parish. Graveside/Burial is Saturday, Feb. 13, 11:45am-12:45pm beside the Holy Trinity Parish. Reception is Saturday, Feb, 13, 1pm-5:30 at The Kachina in the Cabaret Room, entrance thru the convention center.
