Please accept my heartfelt condolence for the loss of such a great man. I worked for Mr. Naranjo in Rio Arriba County when he was County Manager; he certainly cared for people and helped those in need. He will greatly be missed. I am honored to have worked for him. May the Lord fill the void left in your hearts.
