Ernestine Velarde, 44, of Ranchos de Taos passed away unexpectedly on December 29, 2020.
Ernestine was a happy go lucky lovable person that enjoyed life to its fullest, her greatest treasures were her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her loved one, James, grandparents, Ernesto Velarde, Flavio and Anita Abeyta, Bences and Corina Maestas, in laws, JoAnne and Rudy Montoya. She is survived by her children, Ryan Vigil (Santana), LeAndra (Damian) and Kandice Montoya, grandchildren, Maya Vigil and Rudy Cordova, father of her daughters and special friend, Ronnie Montoya, parents, Michelle and Moises Maestas and Mike Velarde (Maria), siblings, Julie, Michael and Mark Velarde, Tanya Maestas (Josh), Dominic Maestas (Carla), grandmother, Carmen Velarde, many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
Services will be live streamed on January 12, 2021 at 10 AM at San Francisco de Asis Church website, www.sfranchos.org. Private burial will be held at a later date.
Ernestine will be greatly missed by all who knew her, especially her family.
