Farrell,
I was very saddened, to find you had passed, I was looking in Facebook to find you and say hi, well you have moved on to our creator so I know you have moved on to a better and more restful place..
I still have fond memories when we were kids in Taos, coming over to your house and hooking up and riding horses together, Apache was one tough little mare and you guys rode the hell out of her, hell she had to be if the Udell"s owned her, I remember the Udell's racing on the mules, that was hilarious, fond memories Farrell you will be sorely missed by me.. Always Your Friend Rick Powers

Farrell, I am extremely saddened by your passing. I didn’t know. You and I worked for the Vet Center Progam. You helped me get some of my New Mexico veterans the help they needed.
You were a mentor to me and a true friend. I wish I would have known that you were sick. I was born in New Mexico. I have family in Santa Fe. Las Vegas, Mora and Albuerquerque..

My thoughts and prayers go out to Jan and to Farrell's family.
Farrell was my mentor at UNM and I owe him for helping me and guiding me through to graduation. I always liked him and totally agree that he was a very good man. I wished I gone to Santa Fe to see him when I'd heard he was back in New Mexico. Seeing his picture brings back memories of his voice advising me and encouraging me. This world needs more Farrell Udell's.
May God Bless his family.
Carl
