Tino was such a wonderful person. I worked with him at GSD and remember him bringing in his granddaughter. I would give her a dollar and tell her to tell her grandpa to buy her a snack. He scolded me for spoiling her. His family was his world. He will be missed. He was a great friend!!

Roseanna, Victor, Amanda I am deeply sorry for the loss of your husband and father. He was one of my favorite uncles but time slips away and I didn't make time to visit him as I should of. He was my hero when I was a little kid I guess you could say he was like a big brother. Via con Dios Uncle Tino Love you and I will always remember you never forgotten. Your Niece Angela R. Baca

My heartfelt condolences to Roseanna and the entire family on your loss. I knew Tino as a colleague at the NM General Services Department where his smile, can-do attitude, willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty, and gentle manner all contributed to a positive workplace environment. We all wanted to be around Tino. He was a dedicated professional whose family always came first though. He would light-up the room with a huge smile when talking about coaching his grandkids in their various sporting events. I was honored to have worked with him. You will be greatly missed Tino.
