Mr. Filomeno Nunez, age 84 of Taos, NM. died peacefully on Wednesday february 2, 2011. He was born in 1926 in Colorado City, CO. to the late Miguel Nunez and Petra Marquez-Nunez. He worked primarily as a welder although he had many talents. He remains will be sent back to California where a viewing and funeral service will be held. No local services will take place.

I SEND MY CONDOLENCES TO THE FAMILY OF FILOMENO NUNEZ. THE DEATH OF OUR LOVE ONE IS A SAD OCCASION,IT IS AT A TIME SUCH AS THIS THAT MUCH COMFORT IS NEEDED. THE WORD OF GOD GIVE US MUCH COMFORT, NOTICE WHAT IS SAID IN THE THE BIBLE AT REVELATION 21:3,4, " LOOK! THE TENT OF GOD IS WITH MANKIND,AND HE WILL RESIDE WITH THEM,AND THEY WILL BE HIS PEOPLES. AND GOD HIMSELF WILL BE WITH THEM. AND HE WILL WIPE OUT EVERY TEAR FROM THEIR EYES, AND DEATH WILL BE NO MORE, NEITHER WILL MOURNING NOR OUTCRY NOR PAIN BE ANYMORE. THE FORMER THINGS HAVE PASSED AWAY."
