Frank, the Lord needed an Angel and decided to take you unexpectedly on April 3, 2023. I didn’t get the chance to tell you how much I loved you and to tell you that I will miss you every day of my life. I looked forward to our evenings together where we would chat for hours on end. I will miss your laugh that brought me so much joy, your advice, and your comforting words. Words cannot express my love for you, Frank. I loved you from the moment I took you in my arms on March 28, 1963 when the Good Lord chose you to be my Son and I am beyond proud to have called you my Son. Whatever you did in your short life, I accepted and wouldn’t have wanted it other way. For those who got to really know you, they found in you kind, loyal, and a heart of gold. You not only leave me heart broken, you leave heartbroken family and friends. Your Dad, Raymond E. Martinez is waiting for you my Son. Your brothers, Raymond Martinez (J.R.), Steve Martinez and sister, Peggy Martinez loved you and will miss you immensely. Your nephew, Andrew-Rex Rael and brother-in-law, Andrew Rael loves you beyond measure. Your niece, Stephanie Martinez and great-nieces, Marisol Martinez, Luciana Martinez, Esmeralda Martinez will miss you. Your friends, Pat Cortez, Mitch Gonzales, Juaquin Trujillo, Eric Jeantette, and Sarge Martinez; to name a few, will never forget you. Your aunts, uncles, and cousins from Taos, Santa Fe, and Salt Lake City send their love. Your special friend Erica Lester will miss your visits.
I love you my beautiful Son, Frank Martinez. Rest in Peace and may God Bless you. Love and kisses, your Mom, Mary Martinez.
Memorial Service will be held on April 10, 2023 at 11 AM at the Rivera Funeral Home Chapel. At 12:30 you will be driven to your resting place at the Alamosa Cemetery in Alamosa, Colorado at 2:00 pm.

My buddy Franko, I still can't believe you're gone. Our friendship goes way back in highscool. You weren'tjust a friend, you were like a brother. I just saw you on Saturday when you and JR dropped by. Who would've known. that would be the last time I would talk and ever see you again. My heart hurt when Steve told me you passed away. I was sad and I'm still sad but I'm happy we got to talk and joke all those times. I'm happy I could be there for you when you needed me. Franko, I'm gonna miss you coming over to the shop, listening to your stories, talking bout life, cars, and everything that came up. I'm gonna miss your calls, letting me in on the latest news going on. Thanks bro for the laughs, your honesty, and for always having confidence in me in always trying to be there for you and helping you out in any way I could. Rest in paradise brother. I'll love you always! Mitch Gonzales TO Mary and family, We're here for you in prayers and anytime you need anything. May God bless you always!
