Georgia Maestas

Georgia Maestas Age 40 of La Puebla, NM. passed away unexpectedly as a result of an accident on Friday, June 18, 2010. She was preceded in death by her beloved father, Pat W. Maestas, Sr., maternal grandparents, Julian Roybal & Cordilla Roybal, paternal grandparents, Waldo & Carlota Maestas, nephew, Daniel Maestas, and niece, Brittany Maestas. She is survived by her dear mother, Mary E. Maestas of Arroyo Seco; brothers Andrew P. Maestas and companion Elaine Espinoza of Arroyo Seco, and Pat Maestas, Jr. and Wife Caroline Maestas of Arroyo Seco, her pet; best friend Bobos Maestas, aunts: Julia Esqibel and husband Rudy of Avon, Colorado, Angela Leal of Santa Fe, Martha Vigil and husband Frank of El Rito, Lorencita Sandoval and husband Raymond of Arroyo Seco, uncles: Dennis Maestas of Arroyo Seco, Frank Maestas, Henry Maestas, Joe Maestas and Tony Maestas all of Ranchitos, aunts: Ida Vigil and husband Delfido of El Rito, Sally Avila of Denver, Colorado, and Mary Velasquez and husband Elmer of Cañones; Special uncle Jose Atilano of Rio Rancho; and numerous relatives and many friends in her life. Recitation of the rosary will be held on Monday, June 21, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the Rivera Family Funeral Home Chapel. The Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 22nd at 11:00 a.m. at La Iglesia de Santa Cruz de la Cañada. Burial will follow at the Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery with the following serving as pallbearers: Leonard Sandoval, Lupe Atilano, Steve Lucero, Antone Flores, Jessie Apodaca, and Roger Maestas.
