Joe (Pancho) you were my brother in Al-Kut, we broke bread together shared bunker time together and laughter and memories....I was sadden beyond words when I learned of your passing. I know that your pain is gone now, and God has made you whole once again. I will see you on the other side one day, my friend.

I just found out about my good friend Pancho. I give my deepest condolences to all the Chacon Family.Pancho and I met while working for the Forest Service and while attending NM Highlands University. We spent alot of time together and I will never forget him and only hold good memories of my friend. As we all know Pancho was a smart student, a hard worker and an honorable veteran. Most of all he was a great person, that would do for you without any expectation for a returned favor. Pancho was a great friend, with a great sense of humor and a great smile.I know that his family and Llano were very dear to him. Bro,one day we'll have our talks again about which side of the Jicara has the best fishing or biggest bucks. You will be missed!

Thanks, for the great memories.Give my grandpa a big kiss and pinch my tia Lucy and tell her "we miss you little rooster" we love you Uncle Frankie, thanks for the memories, we love u!!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Joe while I worked at the NM National Guard. Joe was always smiling and in a great mood. He was very professional and always had something nice to say to and about his co-workers. I'd like to thank Joe for his service in the military and the contributions he made for his fellow New Mexicans.
It is always a mystery to me as to when God takes those he loves but I also trust that Joe is in a better place. I pray for the comfort and peace of his parents, his siblings, but mostly for his daughter.
God bless you and I pray that our Lord Jesus Christ keeps you in the palm of his hands.
