Johnny Alex Quintana

Johnny Alex Quintana, 51, of Alcalde and Santa Cruz passed away unexpectedly on March, 20, 2016. He is preceded in death by his father, Dave Quintana, sister, Isabella “Bella” Jazquez, grandpa, Dave Quintana, grandparents, Juanita and Manuel Garcia (Juan Salazar), father in-law, Floyd Martinez, Padrino, Paul E. Salazar, uncles, Manuel Garcia, aka Cory, and Pete Candelaria (Teresa), aunt, Rosanna Fernandez-Hernandez. He is survived by his wife, the love of his life, Beverly G. Quintana, daughter, Loriann M. Quintana (Jose Vela), grandchildren, Destiny Martinez, Elizia, Estrellia, Aliyah, Jose, Angelo, Alexia Vela, mother and father (step), Savina and Richard Martinez, brother, Ricky Martinez, sisters, Pauline, Donna, Diane, Sophie and Anita, brother in-laws, Johnny, Levi, Ricky Sr. and Peter Sr., mother in-law, Grace Martinez, brother in-laws, Gene, Daniel Sr. and Joseph, aunts, Flora Chavez (Guillermo), Nina and Mary Salazar, Susan, Beverly, uncle, Richard Espinoza, Willie Espinoza, Teddie Garcia, Alice Marquez (Gilbert). He served in the Navy and worked at Richard’s Roofing his whole life. He was a dedicated worker and never left a job undone. There was not any job he wouldn’t do. He loved his wife, daughter, grandkids, mother and all his family members.
Rosary will be recited on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at 7 PM at Rivera Family Funeral Home chapel. Funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at 11:30 am at the Santa Cruz de La Canada Catholic Church in Santa Cruz. Interment will follow at the Holy Cross Cemetery.
