It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we share the passing of Juan D. Rivera, beloved Husband, Father, Brother, Uncle, and Friend who was called home by our Heavenly Father on October 18, 2023, after a lengthy illness. He leaves behind a loving family and friends, to whom he brought joy and happiness.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Juan and Rosa Rivera, sister, Romie and brother-in-law, Gilbert Archunde.
He is survived by his spouse of 59 years, Mabel, and children, Anna, Estevan, Enrique and (Alex) Rivera. Grandchildren: Sophia Buchan, Reina and Elisa Rivera. Sisters: Erlinda and Susan Rivera, many in-laws, nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the many Giving Nurses for their impeccable kindness, compassion, and loving care they brought into our home and shared with Juan.
Services will be on November 3, 2023, at St. Anthony’s Parish, with Rosary at 10:00am, followed by Mass at 11:00am and burial at Pecos Cemetery.
