Mrs. Valdez: I will always remember Mr. Valdez as a teacher. He taught, New Mexico History and to his credit, I still remember much of it. We will always remember his stories of Questa and families. Mine and Carlos' deepest sympathies to you and your family.

Juan Valdez was a great brother in law and somtimes more of a brother to me than my own brother, I loved him as my brother an will miss him dearly, Questa has suffered a loss as well as my family.
Peace brother, I know where you are and you deserve it.
