Linda Webb

February 10th, 1958 - March 14th, 2023

Biography

She lived with spirit as if there might be no tomorrow. She loved fully with every cell in her being, especially her amazing husband of 23 years Mike ‘Rosey’ Rosanbalm. She was a fiercely loyal friend. Daughter of Edward and Carol Webb, Sister to David, Trish and Bryan, Mother to Fran Sinkler and the son and daughter of another mother Conal and Selena Rosanbalm, and YaYa to Paxton and Maddox Sinkler. She lived life with magic, wonder and awe. There was rarely a sunset she did not run to see, nor a full moon rise she didn’t rush to watch as it crept up and over the mountain. She most loved family, horses, dogs, hats, oceans, skiing, travel, rollercoasters, dancing, parties, pushing limits, cigars, camping, Dutch ovens, and Sisters on the Fly.

If you are reading these words, may you too find the magic in every day as she did.

She would want any tributes to be made as donations to ALK Positive at https://alkpositive.kindful.com/ in her memory.

Fran, I am so very sorry to hear the loss of your sweet Mom. You guys were truly the very best neighbors we have ever had!! I recall a horrible snow storm and your incredibly athletic Mom shoveling snow for hours to get out, only to phone over and say "We are out, what do you guys need".. always caring for others. May she rest in peace.

Linda, I was so sorry to hear about Mom, she was like a daughter to me. Her Christmas letters were such a joy to receive all about what was going on in her life & the family. My heart aches that she will no longer be with us but am thankful she is now free of pain. My prayers for you & her grandchildren also Rosey. May she rest in peace.

Linda , I am so very grateful for our childhood in Centreville. Our adventures in the field , breakfasts at 6 a.m. in freezing weather —-sitting in the army hammock ; our Girl Scout camping trips ! Wading in Bull Run creek, collecting cow bones . ! My adventures with you allowed me to experience awe , to “ witness the wonder “ ; our adventures taught me to return to nature ; nature would heal me ; our adventures have sustained me throughout my life . You have taught me what is important - you lived giving your time to family and friendship, and animals ; you helped me learn what is important . I will miss you everyday the rest of my life ; I will love you forever , and I will see you again. Mary

Rosey I am so very sorry. Linda was such a caring person. Even when she was struggling with her own cancer, she was still checking on others with this shitty disease. Such an amazing friend.
I am sure Adele was there to pick her up for a balloon ride.
Please know that we all so admire what an amazing caretaker you were for our sister. We saw it over and over again—even to the point of dressing her and doing her makeup for our steampunk party last month. Then driving her down and waiting in the car so she could be with us. Thank you for that effort. It was such a gracious act of kindness to give us that last few hours with our sister.
