Luella DiMond Luttner
Luella DiMond Luttner joined her life's love, Howard 'Bud' Luttner, on July 2, 2008, after 20 years of retirement in Santa Fe.
Born August 11, 1918, Lue was a hard worker and a good person, known for her sense of humor, nurturing spirit, and common sense, plus extraordinary devotion to family.
Lue spent the first 37 years of her life in Pennsylvania, but moved in 1955 to Lynwood, California, where she and Bud reared their three children, Diane Luttner Catron of Santa Fe, and Joe Luttner and Sue Luttner Coonen in California.
She is survived by her children and seven grandchildren; her sister Elva DiMond Leonard in South Carolina; her sisters-in-law Ruth Luttner McKowen, now in California, and Nancy Anderson Luttner of Pittsburgh; and friends spanning the continent.
Memorial services will be held on Sunday, August 31, at 3 pm at Christ Lutheran Church, 1701 Arroyo Chamiso in Santa Fe.
