Grandma Cruz. You were a pleasure to meet. You always called me, "the Navajo girl." Just that one time I have met you, you put a thumb print on my heart. You were a lady of charisma, character that is out of this world, and a loving soul that I will remember you the kinda, crazy talking grandma in San Juan who invited me into her home with no questions asked and exposed me to your delicious green and red chilli stews. Thank you. I will cherish the memory. Rest with God and we she'll meet again one day.

I'm sorry to hear about the passing of Ramona. I met her at the senior center and she always made me feel welcome. When I would see her at the pueblo she always talked to me. Rest in eternal peace Ramona.
