Maria was s beautiful woman of God. She was always positive and saw the bright side of every circumstance. I will miss her and comforted that she is now in the presence of our Lord.

I’m so saddened of the passing of our sweet Maria , she was a wonderful and loving soul she was so wonderful to my children grandchildren, my husband and myself she adored us all. she loved everyone unconditionally she Was beautiful inside and out, may she now Rest In Peace as she fought with faith and all she had till the very end . I know god was waiting for her with open arms as she was so strong in her faith with our Heavenly Father. She always complimented me and was always giving me great advice with my health as she herself was not well but she still always had great advice and a wonderful smile along with that. Although we will miss her I know now she is in a better place than we all are so with all that being said I pray that we will See you someday soon as we all wait for our time to depart from this world to our home of the lord Jesus Christ, rest in paradise Maria we love you, and we will miss you always and forever…Paul & LouAnn Castillo and family

I will forever see her at Taos County Administation Bldg, calling my name and asking me to run for assessor. Wish I could’ve done it, but it was not possible with all my involvements. What a beautiful and loving person!!
