Mary Janet McCurdy passed away on March 11, 2024 at her home in White Rock, NM.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband Donald and son, Michael. She is survived by her children Timothy (Annette), Don (Cathy), Steve (Trula), Patrick (Michelle) and David; and grandchildren Matthew, Kevin (Sara), Jeffrey (Bri), Kurtis, Nicholas, Daniel, Kathryn (Nicholas) and great-grandchild Miles.
At Mary’s request, please consider contributing to the Carrie Tingley Foundation. Services will be held privately for the family.

Dearest McCurdy family I’m very sorry for your loss of your mom. She & I had recently spoke at Smiths. We were discussing the price of eggs & the shelf life. In which I had no idea the egg carton is dated. She taught me something new about eggs. I’ll always remember her for that. May perpetual light shine upon her soul.

Hello Tim, Don Jr, Steve, Pat, and Dave- I will always cherish my memories of Mrs McCurdy, just as I do of Mr. McCurdy and Michael. I know the rest of my family feels the same. Although Michael, Tim, and Dutz may have filled my brothers and me with fear of lethal snowballs, Mrs. McCurdy always made me feel comfortable when I visited your home across the street. She was as generous with kindness as she was with homemade popsicles. With fond memories, I wish you all the best. Scot
