My precious, beautiful mom! Its been 9 months now since you left us all alone. But I know God needed a special golden angel by his side. You are missed so much mom! Nothing is the same since you went away. You were the glue that held us all together. You always had your door open for anyone. I miss your beautiful smile and our Sundays. You me and nana-bear would attend mass and then off to McDonald's for your favorite coffee. In the afternoons your sisters were once again there at your house to visit. Thank you so much mom for always being there for me! No matter what it was good, bad, sad advise you were always there for me. I will never forget you. Your precious memory will live on.... forever and ever. And I will continue to keep your traditions going mom. I pray that you are at peace without anymore pain and suffering. You were such a strong woman, you battled and survived so many illness's in life. I only hope to be as patient, strong and loving as you were. Your at peace now with all our loved ones in heaven. Please watch over us until we meet again. Love and miss you dearly! Your daughter Tess

Our sincerest condolences to your family. We met Ms.Ortiz, Max and Theresa at Advanced Health Care during the time our brother was there. We got to visit with them on many occasions. She delighted in the fact that her children decorated her room and stayed with her at night to take care of her. She was also very happy that she had a birthday party and that the cake was so good! Ms.Ortiz was very proud of her family, especially those grandkids! We are so grateful to have known her. And, even though we knew her briefly, it felt like we had known her forever. Vaya con Dios! Jennifer and Fran
