Deacon Mike, thank you for the service to our humble Parish. You were a teacher and later Decon in my children's education (Will and Tish), as you were for so many youth in our community. The Agua Fria Village Association and assorted organizations who put together the annual Santa Fe River Blessing on May 15th El Dia de San Isidro, thank you for giving the Mass and leading us in the processional to the River. Your annual blessing of seeds literally helped the community to grow food---your blessings of the flowers---as the overwhelming joy of the children, who released them into the waters---a tribute worthy of your new host in heaven, Jesus Christ.
