Natasha was preceded in death by her first born infant son, Marcus Anthony Vigil; grandparents Edward “Cayuse” Gonzales, Eugene “Gene” Lucero, Salomon Maese, Sr., and Teresa Audel; honorary grandparents Natalie and Charlie Smith; great-grandparents Orlando and Carmen Fernandez, and Magdaleno and Libradita Gonzales; honorary great-grandparents Gene and Mary Harrell, and Dorothy Smith; cousin Estevan Gonzales, and godfather Johnny Mora.
Natasha is survived by her three beautiful children, Julian Xavier Gonzales, Jacob Jon Gonzales, and Kyana Jada Gonzales; parents Jon and Cyndie Gonzales, and Cyndi and Morteza Parsa; siblings Tristan Smith, Adam “Mazi” Parsa (Mariam), and Nicolle Parsa; aunts Adrianna Duncan (Gary), Pam Calloway, Brenda Oliveria (Luis), and Maria Rojas (Art); uncles Eddie Gonzales (Jackie), Gene “Kunko” Lucero, Dominic Lucero (Pam), Joaquin Lucero, and Eric Smith; grandparents Barbara Lucero, and Bob McKinney (Marcia); nieces Hailey Smith, Mila Parsa, and Bella Parsa; godmother Bernadette Mora and many great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins, and friends.
Natasha will be remembered for her sweet and loving loving nature. In her younger years she played softball, basketball and enjoyed being a cheerleader. She was an avid 49ers and Bulls fan. She went to cosmetology school, loved cutting friend’s and family’s hair, and giving manicures and pedicures. She enjoyed listening and dancing to Rap music, and laughing uncontrollably with family. She was a girly girl, but wasn’t afraid to show her toughness. Above all, she was a gentle soul and loved her family wholeheartedly.
A viewing and commemoration memorial will be held at the Rivera Family Funeral Home on Saturday, February 27 at 5:00 pm.
Services will be held at St. Francis Cathedral Basilica. A Rosary will be prayed Sunday, February 28 at 3:00 pm. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday, March 1 at 10:00 am.
