Paul was a very special person to me, I loved him dearly, he saved my life. During the summer and many holidays, we spent a lot of time together. Time not at the bars- real time. We enjoyed sitting on the porch of his cabin in black lake, taking in the sunsets or counting the stars. He shared his dreams and supported me through the most difficult time in my life. My first Thanksgiving in Toledo following my divorce-he was so worried about me being alone, because my son would be with his dad and my family in Angelfire that he was going to fly out to spend the holiday with me. Whenever I came back to town, it was like I never left. He would treat me like a princess, we shared wonderful dinners, and expensive wine, or he would fix me venison spaghetti and we'd eat it on the porch. I'm not sure how I will get over his loss. I'm sorry I can't be there to celebrate his life with you all. He is forever in my heart.
