My dearest Roberta and all your family, Words cannot describe how sad we are losing our Ray. He was our family growing up next door and always hanging out with my bros playing and growing up and into men. I hope you know that if you ever need anything we are your family and we are here for you. Rest in Peace Ray, say hi to your mom and mine for me ok?

Ray and I played music together as high-school friends-and shook his homefrom the basement. We were roommates in Phoenix when he went to school, and roommates in Vegas when he started his career. We saw hundreds of performances together from Al DiMiola to Megadeth to jazz. He was an intelligent and humble man. He was an amazing friend. He left us too soon. I miss you RIP buddy.... RIP

Everything wonderful that’s been said, and then some. I was also apart of the gang that did hundreds of shows together. Long long days, but we had fun. A fellow drummer, one hell of a kind soul. RIP Brother.

Ray and I worked together for the better part of 2 and half decades... He was always gentle and easy to work with. Never had a bad word to say about anyone. You always knew that projection would be covered when Ray was on the call. Super good friend and I will miss you very much.
