I have so many special memories of Rick, from teaching him drums, hiking in the canyons near his childhood home, racing around in our cars, camping, driving to band practice the summer that Johnny got his drivers license.
Rick was a wonderful friend and great person.
My condolences to Johnny and his parents, Ricky will always be missed.

I worked with Rick for over 20 years and spent many a hot day in the Phoenix sun watching cars go around the track. He was a great coworker and friend and will be missed. My deepest sympathies to the family.

Perhaps Constance Parker Graham said it best - "When those we love have left this earth, we still can feel them near. We will see a picture, hear a song, and it is just like they were here. When we call upon our faith, when we believe and trust, we know the ones we care about are always close to us" Rick was a very dear friend. He was only a phone call away when I needed home and auto maintenance, a hardy laugh, someone to re-live the most recent Nascar race and play music trivia or a lunch buddy. I will miss our lunch dates at China Moon and our great "fortune cookie debates". The world has lost an amazing man, but his legacy lives on in the memories we hold. My condolences to the family.

Rick and I were in the same class in High School. I had the opportunity to go to a NASCAR race with Rick and friends in Phoenix. He entertained us with his quick wit that didn't quit. He was a great guy tht will be missed by many. To the Eddlemans, please accept my condolences.

I have known Rick my entire life. He will be missed by all those who knew and loved him. My heart goes out to Mrs. Eddleman,John,Lori, and Mr. Eddleman as I understand the pain that you are going through at this time.

Rick worked in the same building as I do at LANS and was so pleasant and friendly to everyone. Even after he no longer worked in our building, I always remembered his quiet kindness that graced our halls and rooms. His family is in my thoughts and prayers.

I knew and liked Rick very much.I also was born in LA in 62 and lived my entire life in or around until recently. Saw Rick often and played ball with him. I will miss Rick, he was a very good person. my Condolences to the family.

Sad news to hear about Rick. Rick always had a smile and a pleasure to work with and be around. Rick had lots of friends and will be missed by everyone. Our prayers are with his family as they deal with the loss. God Bless.
