Biography

Rosabel (Rose) M. Vigil, 92, of Llano Quemado, passed away on October 8, 2007. She is preceded in death by her parents, Vidal and Adelida Sandoval, first husband, Telefor Mondragon, second husband, Gregorio Vigil, brothers, Vidal Sandoval Jr., Joe F. Sandoval and sister, Frances Roybal. She is survived by her son, Leroy Mondragon(Pauline) of Llano Quemado, granddaughters, Joella Patterson(Ray) of Belen, Anna Burt(Joe) of Denver, Teddy Peralta(Jerome) of Denver, great-granddaughters Stephanie and Jackie Peralta of Denver, sisters, Julia Valerio, Tita Torres (Paul) of California, Tomasita Hammer(Loren) of Center, Colorado, and many nephews and nieces.

Rosary wasrecited on Wednesday, October 10, 2007 at San Francisco de Asis Catholic Church in Ranchos de Taos. Funeral Mass was held on Thursday, October 11, 2007 at San Francisco de Asis Catholic Church interment followed at the Old Llano Quemado Cemetery.
