Rose R. Lujan – Age 79 a resident of Española passed away on Monday, July 18, 2005. She was preceded in death by her 2 daughters: Barbara and Lucille Lujan; parents: Jose and Rosa Rodriguez; and brothers and sisters: Mary Naranjo, Joe Rodriguez, Robert Rodriguez, Dolores Haas and Ray Rodriguez. Rose was born on June 3, 1926 to Jose and Rosa Rodriguez in Gallina, New Mexico. She is survived by her husband, Eloy Lujan; children: Mary Agnes Lujan of Española, Roland Lujan and wife Judy of Santa Fe and Anita Cottle and husband Bob of Simi Valley, CA; grandchildren: Stephanie Lujan, Jeffrey and Julie Chavez, Monica Baca, Michael Mess and Ashley and Devyn Lujan; great grandchildren: Sharaya and Kristyna Roybal, Kendra Rose Baca, Nicholas Baca and Katia and Adan Chavez; sister, Aurelia Madrid; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Public visitation will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2005 at 6:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Block-Salazar Mortuary with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, July 22, 2005 at 10:00 am at the San Jose Catholic Church in Hernandez. Interment will follow at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Cemetery. The Rivera family of Block-Salazar Mortuary is providing the family of Rose R.
