Viento Herrera, 45, of Arroyo Hondo passed away unexpectedly on June 17, 2022. He was a great artist, very smart, creative, very funny guy and loved his family dearly. He is preceded in death by his wife, Andrea Herrera, grandparents, Erlinda and Ruben Herrera and Mateo Garza, uncles, Rodney and Michael Garza. He is survived by his children, Angel, Santana, Ernesto, Cedar, Santos, Sol, Luna, Esperanza and Sombra, parents, Larry Herrera (Kathleen) and Patricia Garza, siblings, Larry Herrera Jr., John Herrera, Celeste Trujillo (Geno) and Cuauhtemoc Herrera (Ashley), grandmother, Dorothy Garza, Godparents, Sixto and Sylvia Duran, many nieces and nephews, many aunts and uncles, other relatives and friends.
Rosary will be held on Friday, July 08, 2022 at 6 PM at Rivera Chapel. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 09, 2022 at 10 AM at Rivera Chapel with interment to follow at Upper Arroyo Hondo Cemetery
